Ken Faulkner is the retired Advance Care Planning Coordinator for the VCU Health System and Assistant Professor in the VCU College of Health Professions.  He is also the former Director of Pastoral Care for VCU Health.  He has a MDiv and MA in Clinical Ethics.

He is currently an adjunct instructor in Ethics and Health Care for the VCU College of Health Professions and serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Patient Counseling and the Virginia Geriatric Education Center.  He also serves on the VCU Health Medical Center Ethics Committee.

Ken is a Respecting Choices Advance Care Planning Faculty Fellow and serves on the board of Honoring Choices Virginia (HCV) which promotes quality advance care planning across the Commonwealth.
