Jennifer Davis-Walton, M.A., ICGC-II is the Director of Gambling Services at the Virginia Partnership for Gaming and Health at VCU. She previously served as the Director of Gambling Addiction Services at First Choice Services, Inc. where she directed the Problem Gambling Help Network of West Virginia and managed the Virginia Council on Problem Gambling Helpline.

With over 30 years of experience in addictions and behavioral health, Jennifer has spent the last 18 years specializing in problem gambling treatment, recovery, education, training, and prevention. Her work focuses on expanding and improving access and awareness for individuals affected by gambling-related issues through program quality assurance, workforce development, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic leadership. She has also co-authored and collaborated on related research initiatives.

Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Marshall University and is an Internationally Certified Gambling Counselor (Level II). She is an active member of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), having served on the NCPG Helpline, Prevention, Membership, and Research Professional Resource Network committees along with various special workgroups. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for and is a member of the National Association of Administrators for Disordered Gambling Services (NAADGS), where she has held executive roles as Co-Secretary, Vice President, and current President. As part of NAADGS, Jennifer has also contributed to workgroups in Standards of Care, Community and Program Engagement, and Learning Community.
