Bio
Prior to assuming role as Assistant Professor, Yonella worked for 8 years as a diagnostic medical sonographer in both hospital and imaging center settings. She has also served as an affiliate clinical preceptor for PVCC's Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. She is pursing a doctoral degree in Radiation Sciences at VCU. She is the author of SONONOTES Pediatric Sonography Study guide and one of many contributing authors of Sonography Introduction to Normal Structure and Function, a sonography textbook, by Reva Curry and Betty Bates Tempkin.
