Bio

Kaitlyn Pascuzzi joined VCU's Department of Rehab Counseling as Program Coordinator in April 2026. She earned her Bachelor's from the College of William and Mary and her Master’s in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth University, driven by a passion for utilizing creative expression as a tool for personal growth and well-being. Prior to this position, Kaitlyn served in student-centered administrative roles at St. John Fisher University and James Madison University. Outside of work, Kaitlyn stays active through running and rock climbing, and loves time spent with her husband and their cat.
