The CHP THRIVE Committee

Together, Honoring, Respecting, Impacting, Valuing, Engaging.

At CHP, we intentionally engage students, faculty, and staff in a way that fosters a community of respect, trust, unity, and fairness, where we are all able to thrive and flourish together.

Voices for Change

Voices for Change is an intentional, college-wide speaker series that engages students, faculty, and staff in meaningful dialogue around topics that influence healthcare and community well-being. The program aligns with the College’s mission to educate leaders, advance health, and promote high-quality, person-centered care. Voices for Change supports the goals of Quest 2028 by actively seeking community partnerships and opportunities to elevate awareness and collaborative action between VCU and communities, as well as providing opportunities for students to engage in inquiry, discovery, innovation, experiential learning, civic engagement and creative expression to prepare them for their future work in the healthcare industry.

The Voices for Change Topic & Speaker Suggestion Form can be completed by any currently enrolled CHP student, current faculty or staff person within the College of Health Professions.
