CHP Alumni Mentoring Program
The CHP Alumni Mentoring Program connects current College of Health Professions students with alumni across the country who are eager to support the next generation of health leaders. Through one-on-one mentorship, students receive guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to help them navigate graduate studies and prepare for their professional careers.
Program Goals
- Create meaningful networking opportunities between students and alumni.
- Support the academic, professional, and personal growth of current CHP students.
- Strengthen connections between alumni and the College of Health Professions.
Program Components
Mentor Meetings
Virtual check-ins (phone or Zoom) twice per semester.
Shadowing Opportunities
Optional, site-based experiences each semester (where available).
Professional Development
Access to learning opportunities, insights, and career preparation support.
Eligibility
- Current CHP students.
- Completion of the mentoring program application.
