The College of Health Professions strives to promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusivity. Our responsibility is to train health care professionals who can both effectively serve communities and reflect the rich diversity of the Commonwealth of Virginia. We endeavor to create influential health care practitioners and leaders who are committed to eliminating health disparities. We conduct comprehensive, holistic review of all applicants, which includes consideration of individual attributes, life experiences, and academic performance, bringing together students who are motivated, resilient leaders committed to our values and goals.
