Andrew is a Senior Human Resources Talent Coordinator with the VCU College of Health Professions. In this role, he coordinates the hiring and retention processes for the College. In addition to talent acquisition, Andrew oversees the annual performance management cycle and works with staff to set SMART goals and create career development plans.

Before joining VCU, Andrew has worked as a recruiter in both healthcare and information technology industries. Andrew graduated from Radford University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. During his free time, Andrew loves to spend time at the gym working on his Olympic lifts, as well as cooking new and interesting recipes.
