Danielle Guichard joined the VCU College of Health Professions as assistant director of marketing in September 2023.

Danielle brings over seven years of experience as a marketing and public relations professional and storyteller. Her experience includes digital marketing, brand strategy, social advertising, internal communications, media relations, and crisis communications.

Before joining the college, Danielle served as the senior brand strategist for the Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM). While at VDEM, she helped create the state's communications plans for COVID-19 in coordination with the Virginia Department of Health. Additionally, she worked as a digital content producer and social media coordinator at WRIC-TV/ABC-8 News.

Danielle received a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also a certified digital marketing professional (CDMP) from the American Marketing Association and Digital Marketing Institute.
