Dawn joined VCU in September 2022 as the Executive Assistant to the Richard M. Bracken Chair and Professor of the Department of Health Administration. Prior to VCU she worked in the Arts Administration field in Richmond as the Box Office Manager for Richmond Ballet. She received her Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI and Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from Edgewood College in Madison, WI.

Dawn provides executive assistant support to the Chair of the Department of Health Administration as well as general support for faculty and the Department as a whole. She also supports student and program activities as needed and serves as the liaison to the Alumni Advisory Council and corresponding committees.

Dawn moved to Richmond 10 years ago from Wisconsin. She loves all the arts and culture and outdoor activities Richmond has to offer. She also enjoys hiking, photography, gardening, and attending music festivals.
