Kristen Rasmussen is the Director of Human Resources for the College of Health Professions.  She holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has her PHR certification, and has served in various human resources functions across both VCU and VCUHS since 2016. She is thrilled to be serving in the College of Health Professions. When not geeking out about operational effectiveness and human resource maximization, Kristen can be found either creating stained glass or with her nose stuck in a fantasy book.
