Lauren serves as the Assistant Program Director of the Bachelor of Science in Health Services Program for the College of Health Professions. She has a B.S. in human resource management and an M.Ed. in Adult Learning, both from VCU. She is currently a Ph.D. student in VCU's School of Education studying adult learning leadership and education equity. She lives in North Chesterfield with her husband, son, and dog.
